Job Description:

Job Overview:

F1Soft International is looking for candidate who will be responsible to attend front desk at old/new (Hattisar Building/ MNS Building) location

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor level in any field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in reception desk (Corporate House)
  • 2 wheeler license holder

Key Skills/ Knowledge:

  • Must possess strong communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Must be proficient in Nepali and English Language
  • MS Office and document making
  • Report preparation
  • Keep good poise and attitude while speaking
  • Humble and calm in nature while communicating

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene is maintained around the reception area, waiting room and entrances
  • Check and maintain record of required items
  • Greet and welcome customers, assign them to waiting area and offer them drinks and reading materials
  • Identify and address issues and concerns of customers.
  • Understand and communicate about directions. locations of said department
  • Make phone calls and follow-ups to various individuals as requested by CSD. CRM. GSD
  • Maintain records of guest logs on daily basis
  • Receive mails/packages/gifts/parcels on behalf of the receiver and informs the concerned person the same day
  • Inform and communicate on managing meeting hall’s occupancy
  • Receive and maintain record bookings of meetings (associated floors)
