Job Overview:

eSewa Fonepay Pvt. Ltd (a company of F1soft Group) is looking for candidate who will be responsible to assist in talent management function (Training and development, Goal Setting, Appraisals, and all other organization development initiatives)

Key Skills/ Knowledge:

  • Thorough understanding of Labour Law
  • Ability to work with HRMS, Business acumen
  • Must possess strong communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Accuracy in work


  • Assist to cascade business goals to individual level by first month of FY.
  • Assist to conduct mid-year and annual appraisal by end of Magh and Ashad, respectively.
  • Assist to create annual training calendar, and training modules and execute planned training activities.
  • Conduct training effectiveness analysis and report.
  • Assist to conduct employee engagement activities
  • Assist in development, updating and implementation of HR policies, manuals and SOPs.
  • Assist in timely and accurately completion of all organization development initiatives from HRD.
  • Leverage HRIS and PMS module to generate efficiency at work.
  • Prepare HR analytics report on a periodic basis.


  • Bachelors completed, Masters preferred.
  • HR Specialization preferred.
  • 2 to 3 years as HR Officer, with exposure in all functions of HR (Recruitment, Operations, Talent Management)
