Job Description:
- Dertemine the work according to the development needs of the company and the department;
- Decompose the target to the retailers or VBA (Promoter) and make good work plan to reach consensus with VBA.
- Real-time followup of each sales target to achive progress, discuss improvement plans acording to target gap, and supervise execution.
- Determine the required resources according to the monthly target and match them in place.
- Channel construction
Regular Visits to the store to establish and maintain good retail relationships;
- Regional visits to the store to establish and maintain good retail relationships;
- Regional retailor communication and negotiation, and strive for favorable resources (such as the main policy, image location, promotional resources, etc.);
Requirements:
- Best Computer operation skills (excel. PPT, word) and English communication skills;
- Ability to work hard and obey the company arrangement
- Good at learning, good communication and coordination skills
- Better channel management experience or knowledge;
- Good communication skill and smart
