Banking, Finance and Insurance Institute of Nepal is established under Company Act 2063 on August 14, 2018 (2075 Shrawan 29). The main objectives of this Institute are to offer training, workshop and seminar and enhance the knowledge, skills and capabilities of the employees of financial sector and other stakeholders, conduct research and consulting to strengthen the financial sector, offer specific accredited courses and creating data bank for the use of banking community and help strengthen the financial systems in Nepal.
i. Create a strong data base of banks, insurance, capital market, public sector commercial institutions, school , colleges, and both public and private sector industrial houses, and companies for business development.
ii. Develop plan, programs and strategies for sales and marketing of products and services offered by BFIN
iii. Develop contract Paper/ documents, advertising materials, brochure, pamphlets, offer letters for sales and marketing of products and services
iv. Visit banks and financial institutions, corporate houses, school and colleges, industries and other public and private institutions for the subscription of Membership of BFIN.
v. Sales and marketing of online courses ( CFI courses, CART and RMIA courses) and other courses offered by BFIN
vi. Visit banks and financial institutions and other corporate bodies for business growth in the areas of job posting and recruitment; collection of advertising materials for publicity in BFIN’s website and bfin jobs job portal and for the Annual Journal.
vii. Sign and enter into an agreement for the Job recruitment work order and advertising services.
viii. Ensure that the facilities offered to the Members as per Membership Scheme is properly implemented.
ix. Liaise, coordinate and maintain strong network and relations with the Members, Customers, and other stakeholders
x. Coordinate with the Training Unit, Account Unit and IT Unit to ensure that the services are being offered promptly; bills are submitted accurately and timely and relationship are being maintained professionally.
xi. Any other work assigned by the Immediate Supervisor.
i. Preferably Master’s Degree with a passion in Marketing or Bachelor’s degree with minimum three years experiences in marketing of product and services.
ii. Strong communication, presentation and persuasion skills
iii. Pleasant personality with command in English and Nepali language
iv. Strong Computer Skills ( Words, Excel, Power point)
v. Two wheeler Driving and license is a must.
