Chief Digital Transformation Universe

Chief of Digital Transformation Universe will be responsible for setting, driving and executing the digital roadmap for the enterprise to develop contextual, interactive and digital experience that provides unparalleled prospect and customer engagement. The incumbent will lead and drive digital transformation efforts across the organization for all customer touch points, including online and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities of Chief Digital Transformation Universe

  • Recommend, coordinates and controls all projects related to selection, acquisition, development and installation of major information systems for the bank.

  • Provide advice on evaluation, selection, implementation and maintenance of information systems, ensuring appropriate investment in strategic and operational systems.

  • Ensure that Digital Projects shall cover all electronic payment systems, business automation system, business reporting system, application administration.

  • Develops annual operating and capital budgets for information and technology systems.

  • Advocate and communicate the global digital vision and strategy to all stakeholders across the business and work.

  • Conduct researches on the best and evolving market practice to define the most efficient and customer-friendly UI throughout the entire customer journey.

  • Conduct regular meetings and work with members of the Work Management Change Team to identify enhancements to the Work Management system; facilitate the prioritization process; and define scope, schedule and budget for the prioritized enhancements.

  • Gather information on system requirements from customers by performing research, facilitating workshops, and conducting interviews.

  • Monitoring on design development ML/AI based model to perform predictive analysis in fields like loan, deposit, customer acquisition and many more.

  • Manage the implementation of enhancements and new technologies related to Banking services from physical to digital.

  • Ensures that product roadmap development and maintenance is effective. This includes oversight of collaboration on products with the business, development of roadmaps, requirements, and business readiness in line with defined visions/strategies.

  • Reporting System and Data Center related issue to the Digital Quality Circle

  • Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to

  • confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables.
