Chief of Provincial Office(COPO)
Chief of Provincial Officer is created to manage the Provincial Office team and overall administration of the Provincial Office; support Branches in meeting budget sales targets. Chief of Provincial Officer ensure achievements of planned growth of subordinate Branches by implementing strategies to achieve deposits, risk assets and other sales plan targets.
Key Responsibilities of Chief of Provincial Office(COPO)
Chief of Provincial Officer shall coordinate for administrative support function to Branches in Operational Management.
Ensure achievements of planned growth of subordinate Branches by implementing strategies to achieve deposits, risk assets and other sales plan targets.
Chief of Provincial Office shall coordinate for administrative support function to Branches in Operational Management.
Monitor service delivery, suggest/initiate/implement change in work procedures without breaching compliance and Bank’s policies.
Ensure smooth operations of all departments of customer service within the Regional Office and Branches.
Ensure excellent customer service by effectively handling peak customer hours, resolving customer complaints and ensure service is provided within the stipulated service delivery time.
Ensure effective operation of Sub Provincial Office and Branches by way of laid down procedure.
Monitoring Credit Facilities viz Covenants, follow ups, site inspections and recoveries for respective Branches under Regional Office.
Meet targets and ensure compliance with existing policies, procedures and regulatory provisions.
Ensure Branch level security documentations are carried out in Sub Provincial Office in an efficient manner and ensure safety of those documents under custody.
Clarify roles and responsibilities to all staff within Sub Provincial Office.
Build commitment by involving direct reports in problem solving & decision-making, providing staff with appropriate level of autonomy.
Determine profit and sales objectives and design effective strategies to maintain inventory levels at all times manage all work according to the policies and procedures.
Implement all required safety programs and provide required training to employees to enhance operation and supervise efficient working of all employees.
Supervise efficient working of staff and maintain smooth work flow and assist branch managers to achieve all annual growth objectives and develop all project plans to improve business.
Execute the duties within the authorities as delegated. In case any task is to be performed beyond the delegation of authority, pre fact approval needs to be obtained.
Maintain good conduct and discipline and extend courtesy to all persons in all transactions and negotiations with customers, other staff, external authorities and the general public.
Effective compliance of AML/CFT & KYC related provision during customer onboarding.
Conduct the Bank’s business transactions fairly without being influenced by others, including customers
