Experience Anchor
An Experience Anchor is a professional who involve in developing and maintaining strong
customer relationships, both within a Bank as well as with outside customer. They pursue the new
business opportunities for customer while advising them on products or services that best fit
customer needs. They are accountable for Preparing credit proposals in compliance with credit
policy and ensure safe, secured and quality loan portfolio that contributes to the profitability and
growth of the bank. They are responsible to provide excellent service to the customers while
maintaining high level of motivation amongst the Branch Team.
Key Responsibilities of Experience Anchor
Explore business opportunity in branch locality through campaigns, product promotion; participate in local events, presentation in corporate houses. Proactive sales and marketing approaches/participation.
To manage and enhance the existing portfolio and solicit acceptable new relationships in order to meet the pre-set financial & non-financial objectives.
Establish new borrowing relationships for Business Banking, preparing the required credit and financial analysis as per the Bank policies and procedures to enhance the bank’s market share.
Spread and analysis financial statements, preparation of credit application, documentation & post-sanction monitoring through periodic account review/renewal.
Manage the existing loan portfolio to ensure establishment of appropriate account plans, recommend credit facilities in line with Bank credit policy to maximize earnings while containing risks to an acceptable level.
Answer customer's questions about the process, document requirements, types of consumer loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.
Monitoring Credit Facilities via Covenants, follow ups, site inspections and recoveries
